This shop works through community donations! When you donate art supplies to us, you:

  1. Keep reusable items out of the landfill.
  2. Support community access to affordable art supplies.
  3. Allow us to pay it forward as we make regular material donations to local non-profits and provide special discounts and opportunities for teachers and working artists.  

Make a donation and your good deed will be rewarded! Sign up for our Hello Rewards oyalty program before you make a donation and you'll earn points* for every donation you make. How To Donate Art Supplies

  • Drop Off - Limited to Four Containers

    Drop in donations can be
    brought to to 134 E. Main St. in Stoughton during regular store hours. No appointment is needed. Please make sure to read our donation guide first!

  • Coordinated

    If you need pickup from your home (in the greater Madison area) or if you have a large donation to give (more than four containers), please read our donation guide first and then email us to make a plan.

  • Shipping

    We love to get packages of donations! Send us a message and we'll provide the details, including how to get your shipping costs reimbursed, up to $20. Please make sure to read our donation guide first!

Hello Art Hatchery operates as an LLC rather than a 501(c)(3). This tax structure better serves our mission and vision. An LLC allows for strong leadership,  lets us give back to the community, and provides the flexibility we need to innovate and grow while staying true to our core values. Your donations won’t qualify for a tax write-off next April; however, you can earn in-store cash for your donation through our Hello Rewards loyalty program.

Hello Art Hatchery makes regular material donations to local non-profits and public schools. If your organization or classroom can use bulk materials, kids art kits, office supplies, or anything arts and crafts related, please let us know how we can help!

Please don't be afraid to ask! Make sure to let us know your organization's name, the types and quantities of materials needed, and anything else you care to share with us!

*Rewards program points for customer donations are determined by the size and overall value of your donation and are at the discretion of the owners. Each donation will earn a minimum of 25 points! Please note there is a maximum cap of 1000 points per donation.
